  • 150 g chicken breast fillet
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • to taste pepper and salt
  • 150 g carrot
  • 200 g pointed cabbage
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml barbecue sauce
  • 2 pieces hamburger buns

Instructions

    First, season the chicken breast with paprika powder, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper, and salt.

    Peel the carrot and grate it coarsely. Remove the core and outer leaves from the pointed cabbage and cut it into fine strips.

    Mix mayonnaise, mustard, white wine vinegar, pepper, and salt, and combine with the pointed cabbage and carrot.
