Protein-Packed Currywurst Fries

Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 4 pieces Poultry Sausages
  • 250 ml Cola Zero
  • 250 ml Pureed Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 0.5 piece Onion
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Cayenne Pepper
  • to taste Paprika Powder
  • to taste Curry Powder
  • to taste Chilies
  • to taste Oil

Instructions

    Cut the potatoes into fries shape.

    Mix the cut potatoes with some oil and paprika powder.

    Bake the fries at 180 °C (top/bottom heat) for about 35 minutes.

    Make shallow cuts in the sausages.

  5. 5

    Cook the scored sausages in the air fryer for 10–12 minutes at 180 °C, turning them halfway through.
