  • 150 ml vegetable broth
  • 150 g Bresso Light
  • 500 g potato gnocchi
  • 500 g green asparagus
  • 62.5 g mini mozzarella light

Instructions

    Break off the bottom end of the green asparagus, as this is where the woody part ends.

    Place the gnocchi together with the asparagus, Bresso Light, and vegetable broth in a suitable baking dish and mix everything together.
