- 200 g Curd Cheese < 10 % Fat
- 1 handful Wild Garlic
- 0.5 piece Raw Lemon↗
- 200 ml Low-Fat Milk, Fresh, 1.5 % Fat, Pasteurized
- to taste Salt
- to taste Olive Oil
- to taste Sesame

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Optionally, they can be peeled.

Place a sieve with the potatoes into a pot.

Fill the pot with water, making sure the potatoes do not touch the water.
