  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 200 g Curd Cheese < 10 % Fat
  • 1 handful Wild Garlic
  • 0.5 piece Raw Lemon
  • 200 ml Low-Fat Milk, Fresh, 1.5 % Fat, Pasteurized
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Olive Oil
  • to taste Sesame
  • to taste Salt

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Optionally, they can be peeled.

    Place a sieve with the potatoes into a pot.

    Fill the pot with water, making sure the potatoes do not touch the water.
