Porridge with Plums

Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 120 g water
  • 25 g oats
  • 30 g plums
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 50 g skyr
  • 25 g whey protein cinnamon roll

Instructions

    Stir oats with water and salt in a pot and bring to a brief boil. Then reduce the heat and let the porridge simmer for about 3 minutes. Add protein powder. Season with cinnamon. Then fill into a shallow bowl and let it cool slightly.

    Meanwhile, prepare the plums. For this, pit the plums, cut them into small wedges, and simmer with water. Refine with cinnamon.
