- 225 g grilled chicken breast fillet
- 3 tbsp olive oil↗
- 2 whole raw chicken eggs
- 1 tsp mayonnaise with vinegar
- 15 ml fish sauce
- 1 tbsp apple-banana salad sweetened with honey
- to taste paprika powder
- to taste pepper and salt
- 70 g mung bean sprouts
- 20 g roasted peanuts
- 20 g raw spring onion/scallion

Instructions

Prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions.

Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and sauté in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then set aside.

In the same pan, heat the remaining olive oil and crack in the eggs, cooking until they are golden yellow.
