  • 2 bananas
  • 20 g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml plant milk
  • 250 g skyr
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1.5 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
