- 18 g vanilla pudding powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120 ml almond drink
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 30 g sugar-free applesauce
- 2 g cinnamon

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Mix the egg yolks with low-fat quark, whey protein, pudding powder, baking powder, organic erythritol, and milk until a smooth mixture forms.

Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.

Pour everything into a lightly greased pan, cover with a lid, and let it cook slowly over very low heat. It is important that the protein does not brown or burn too quickly.
