High Protein Wrap with Spinach and Eggs

Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 1 piece wraps
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 3 pieces cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 3 tbsp grated cheese
  • to taste Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 0.5 piece avocados

Instructions

    Warm the wrap briefly in a pan and then remove it.

    Add some oil to the pan and sauté the chopped tomatoes together with the spinach.

    Whisk two eggs in a bowl.
