High Protein Butter Chicken

Ingredients — 3 Servings

  • 200 g Rice
  • 300 g Chicken
  • 150 g Natural Yogurt
  • to taste Spices
  • 1 tsp Light Butter
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 15 g Cashews
  • 100 g Tomato Purée
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

    Marinate the chicken with 50 g yogurt and the spice mix and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

    Chop the onions and sauté them in a pan with the light butter.

  3. 3

    Dice the tomatoes and add them along with the cashews to the onions and sauté briefly.

  4. 4

    Add the crushed tomatoes and the remaining 100 g yogurt and mix well. Optional: if you prefer a finer sauce - puree the sauce.
