- 70 g carrot, raw↗
- 150 ml chicken egg whites, raw
- 50 g avocados
- 20 g lamb's lettuce, raw
- 25 g Chester processed cheese slice
- 30 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp oil spray
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Instructions

Finely grate the carrot.

Add a dash of oil spray to a suitable non-stick pan and briefly sauté the grated carrot in it.

Whisk the eggs and additional egg whites, and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the whisked egg mixture over the carrots in the pan and let it set over low heat.
