  • 400 g beans
  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 100 ml pasta water
  • 2 teaspoons tarragon

Instructions

    Remove the dark green part of the leek, rinse the leek thoroughly, and slice it finely.
