Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 150 g Rice
  • 125 ml Oat cream
  • 125 g Light cream cheese
  • 50 ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 40 g Tomato paste
  • 20 g Mustard
  • to taste Sweet paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • to taste Garlic cloves
  • to taste Fresh basil

Instructions

    Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Cut the chicken breast into cubes.

    Put the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and whisk everything together until a creamy consistency is achieved.
