- 150 g Rice
- 125 ml Oat cream
- 125 g Light cream cheese
- 50 ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 40 g Tomato paste
- 20 g Mustard

Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
