Bread Salad

Ingredients — 4 Servings

  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 480 g Tomatoes
  • 800 g Cucumber
  • 300 g Bell peppers, various colors
  • 40 g Red onion
  • 3 slices Sourdough bread
  • 40 g Green olives, pitted
  • 56 g Capers
  • 10 g Fresh basil
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 6 g Garlic cloves
  • 32 ml White balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into approximately 1 cm thick strips, the cucumbers and bell peppers into large pieces, and the onion into thin strips.

    Toast the bread and tear it into large pieces. Halve the olives and capers.

    Mix everything in a large bowl.
