  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 pieces carrots
  • 0.5 piece yellow bell pepper
  • 125 g arugula
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 10 g sunflower seeds
