- 10 g Fresh parsley
- 4 Eggs
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 75 g Green beans, frozen
- 100 g Peas, frozen
- 100 g Baby spinach
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

First, peel the potatoes, cut them in half, place them in a pot, and add enough water to just cover the potatoes. Salt the water, bring it to a boil, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes with the lid slightly closed over medium heat.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into small pieces, and chop the parsley.

Also, crack the eggs into a bowl, season with pepper and salt, add the parsley, and lightly whisk everything together with a whisk.
