Ingredients — 12 Servings

  • 100 g oat flour
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 150 g applesauce
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 37 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • 150 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 170°C.

    For the base, mix oat flour, ground almonds, and applesauce into a dough and place it in silicone muffin molds or a muffin tray.

    Combine low-fat quark, cream cheese, pudding powder, egg, and erythritol into a smooth mixture and spread half of it over the bases.
