- 60 grams organic rolled oats fine 500g
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams low-fat milk, fresh, 1.5% fat, pasteurized
- 200 grams low-fat quark
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch iodized table salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions

Add oats to the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds/Speed 10, then transfer to another container.

Add eggs, milk, low-fat quark, and flour to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds/Speed 2. If necessary, add a little water to create a liquid batter.
