Ingredients — 6 Servings

  • 90 g shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 pieces dates
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp inulin
  • 1 pinch vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 g dark chocolate

    For the filling, mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

    Shape the mixture into bars and chill them for a while. It is recommended to place the bars in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.
