Bruschetta with Grilled Pears and Prosciutto

Ingredients — 6 Servings

  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 baguette
  • 4 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 200 g ricotta
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Prepare the grill for direct medium heat (175–230 °C).

    Peel the pears, quarter them, and remove the core. Place in an oven-safe bowl, add lemon juice, and mix.
